Spotlite Claims, the specialist TV, Film and Entertainment loss adjuster, has promoted Timothy Adams to Associate Director, recognising his significant contribution to the business since joining in 2025.
Adams joined Spotlite Claims last year as a highly respected adjuster with close to a decade of experience in film, television, contingency and sport, bringing with him a strong track record of managing complex and sensitive claims.
In his new role, Adams will continue to focus on property and business interruption claims within the film and television industry, supporting specialist brokers and insurers operating in this complex and fast-moving market. His deep understanding of production risk and claims dynamics is helping to deliver efficient and commercially focused outcomes for clients.
Alongside his work in film and TV, Adams is also leveraging his experience in motor racing to further strengthen Spotlite’s reputation in the field of motorsports.
As part of his expanded responsibilities, Adams is attending the North America Contingency Association (NACA) conference this week alongside Marion Jones, Director of Spotlite Claims. The event will provide an opportunity to build relationships with key insurers and stakeholders in the global contingency market.
Marion Jones, Director of Spotlite Claims, said: “Tim’s promotion to Associate Director is thoroughly deserved. Since joining the business, he has made an immediate impact through his technical expertise, industry knowledge and commitment to clients. His ability to operate across film, television and contingency, combined with his genuine passion for the sectors we support, makes him a key part of our future growth.”
Spotlite Claims, part of Woodgate & Clark, continues to build its position as a leading specialist in entertainment and contingency claims, supporting clients across the UK and internationally.
